小方坯连铸机二冷系统数学模型的开发与应用 被引量:2

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR SECONDARY COOLING SYSTEM OF BILLET CONCASTER

摘要 针对德马克小方坯连铸机存在拉速低、溢漏钢率高、铸机与转炉生产周期不匹配等问题,进行分析和改造。开发了二冷水自动控制静态模型并应用于生产,实践取得提高拉速,降低溢漏率,改善铸机和转炉匹配的好效果。 To solve problems existing in Demag billet concaster such as low drawing speed, high breakout ratio and incompatibility of the continuous caster with the converter in the respect of operating cycle the billet concaster of the Corporation has been renovated. An automatic static control model for the secondary cooling has been accordingly developed and applied to the practical production. Satisfactory results have been achieved in raising the drawing speed, lowering breakout ratio and improving the compatibility of the billet concaster with the converter.
