摘要
基于振动理论中的质量周期法 ,设计了一种测量发动机总成质量参数的双簧倒立摆试验台 .介绍了双簧倒立摆试验台的设计原理 ,试验台结构参数的标定方法 .针对试验台系统存在的非线性 ,利用试验数据和虚拟样机仿真数据 ,分析了其产生的机理 .基于理论分析的结果 ,提出了试验台系统非线性问题处理的方法 。
Mass parameters of vehicle engines include mass ,center of mass ,moment of inertia.they are key factors for analyzing dynamic characterstics of an engine and play an important role in designing for engine mounting system and evaluation of the riding quality and steering stability of full vehicle.Presently,there are kinds of measuring methods for mass prameters of engines.In this paper,based on the mass-period method ,a measuring device named double spring inversion pendulum is designed,which can measure the center of mass and moment of inertia of an engine.The measuring theory and demarcation method about parameters of the test-bed are introduced.Aiming at the non-isochronism in the test,the reason inducing the phenomenon is analyzed by combining tests with the virtual prototyping technology and an effective solution is put forward.Finally,the parameters measure and results of a minicar engine are introduced.The results show that the measuring device is feasible.
