摘要
本文主要就学习型企业建设 ,从引导型学习、参与型学习、自学习型学习、学习型研学模式的运行 ,以及其应用 ,探究企业学习型研学模式的理论和应用 。
This paper mainly probes into and studies theory and practice of the learning mode of research and study in enterprises from the construction of learning enterprises. Its contents involve guiding learning, participating learning, self-learning, operation of the mode and its application. The aim of the paper is to look for approaches and ways of constructing learning enterprises.
