摘要
科技经济一体化在邓小平科学技术思想形成和发展中处于十分重要的地位。一方面,科技经济一体化是邓小平对当代世界科技、经济发展规律的科学总结;另一方面,科技经济一体化又是邓小平科技思想政策化和制度化的基本思路。这突出表现为,邓小平提出我国科技体制改革和经济体制改革的目标与任务就是促进我国科技经济的一体化。因此,科技经济一体化是邓小平科技创新思想和制度创新思想的焦点所在。
Deng Xiaoping points out that the target and task of China's reform of technological and economic systems are to promote the technology-economy integration. The idea of technology-economy integration has an important position in the formation and development of Deng's thought of technology. It is, on the one hand, his scientific summary of the development rules of modern world technology and economy, and on the other hand his basic thinking on consolidating the technology thought through policies and systems. It is, therefore, also the focus of Deng's thought over technology innovation and system innovation.
