摘要
采用C-Mn钢、20MnSi钢余热处理工艺生产BS G460钢筋,对钢筋显微组织、力学性能进行了试验研究。试验表明,余热处理BS G460钢筋的自回火温度C-Mn钢≤650℃,20MnSi钢≤660℃;钢筋表层淬硬层深度≥2.0mm;钢筋时效敏感性小;高温后(≤500℃)余热处理钢筋与微合金化BS G460(VN)钢筋的力学性能相同。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of the BS G460 steel bar produced with the process of afterheat treatment of C-Mn and 20MnSi are tested and investigated. The experiment indicates that, for the afterheat treated BS G460 reinforced bar, the self-tempering temperature of C-Mn is ≤650℃, 20MnSi is ≤660℃, the depth of the hardened surface layer is ≥2.0mm and the aging sensitivity is small. When the temperature goes down(≤500℃), the mechanical properties of the afterheat-treated steel bar and BS G460 (VN) are the same.
