摘要
介绍了 W9M05Cr4V2C012高速钢轧辊的热处理特点及工艺过程，研究了该高速钢轧辊的热处理变形及氧化、脱碳倾向、回火稳定性、热处理过热敏感性等工艺性能。
this paper deal with characteristics and technical process of heat treatment ofW_9 M_(05) Cr_4 V_2 C_(012) high speed steel roller.The properties of quenching deformability,oxidation resistibilitydecarburization,temperstability,over heating sensitivity of this high speed steel are studied.
