摘要
随着国有企业转换经营机制的逐步深入和社会主义市场经济的纵深发展 ,大量的国有企业下岗职工再就业已成为改革和社会稳定的重要问题。本文结合奎屯实际较深入地分析了非公有制经济目前面临的现状和影响扩大再就业的主要因素 。
This article is mainly about how to speed up the development of non-public ownership economy and increase to get employment greatly. With the development of the state transferring system and the socialist market economy, a large number of unemployment workers have become the most important problem in the reform and social stability. Where is the road? Nonpublic ownership economy has the capacity of the unemployment workers and analyzes the realistic factors. Finally it shows that how to solve the efficient ways in getting employment again.
