重度颅脑损伤昏迷的康复催醒研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :在催醒药物效果欠佳的情况下 ,探讨半导体激光血管内照射并醒脑开窍针法对重度颅脑损伤昏迷的催醒作用。方法 :制作兔重度颅脑损伤昏迷实验模型 ,约 16 8h于生命体征稳定后 ,分组治疗观察清醒所需时间 ,并行血液流变学、外周微循环积分值及脑电图检测结果判断。结果 :催醒组与药物组相比差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,催醒组与昏迷模型组相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。且催醒组血液流变学外周微循环积分值明显改善 ,治疗后脑电图呈现去同步化。结论 :激光并针法康复催醒用于重度颅脑损伤长期昏迷稳定期能显著缩短其昏迷时间。 Objective:To explore the effect of semiconductor laser intravascular irradiation and electroexcitation therapy on coma by complicated severe brain injury when excitating drugs had poor effect.Methods:Insensible rabbit model of brain injury was prepared minicirculation score and electroencephalogram were determined when vital signs were steady after 168 h.Results:There was obvious difference between the electroexcitation and medicine groups(P<0.05).There was remarkable difference between the electroexcitation and insensible groups (P<0.01).Minicirculation score was improved obviously and electroencephalogram desynchronization was induced after treatment in electroexcitation group.Conclusion:The combination of laser and electroexcitation can shorten nonconscious period in the treatment of severe brain injury.
