摘要
体育工作是素质教育的重要组成部分 ,而体育教师作为学校体育工作的具体实施者 ,其自身素质的高低将直接关系到素质教育的质量。从几个方面对湖北省部分城市未来中学体育教师应该具备的基本条件和需求进行了调查并得出结果。
Physical education is an important part of all-around development.As performers of school physical education,sports teachers' qualifications will directly influence the quality of all-around development education.This article has made a survey of the fundamental qualifications that future sports teachers must have and demands of future middle school in several cities of Hubei Province and has reached some conclusions.
