摘要
设置学报总校对是弥补编校合一方法之不足 ,进一步提高学报校对质量的有效方法。责任总校对的任务除消灭校样残留的错误外 ,还要发现和改正原稿中的疏漏 ,统一整期学报的版式、体例。为保证总校质量 ,可采用适当延长总校时间 ,增加分项校次 ,建立审读机制等措施。
The goal of establishment of general proofreader of learned journal is to make up to be understaffed (editor and proofreader combines into one). It is an effective way of enhancing the quality of the learned journal. The task of the executive general proofreader includes: eliminate the errors of proof sheet, discover and correct the oversights of original manuscript, form a unified format and stylesheet of the learned journal. We should adopt some effective ways: prolonging hours of proofreading, increasing times of proofreading according to every item, building a new mechanism of reading and evaluating.
