摘要
本文通过轩岗矿务局刘家梁煤矿5111综采放顶煤工作面支架工作阻力实际观测,分析了支架在三软煤层中使用的受力状态,提出了支架改进方案。
Having practically measured the re-sistance of support at the fully mechanizedface № 5111 with top coal caving at Liu Jialiang mine, Xuangang coal mining ad-ministration, the paper analysed the stressin support used at faces lying in soft seamswith soft roof and floor, or 'three-soft'face and put forward plans for improvingthe support, the paper considers that themain characters of the ground pressure at'three-soft' face are: 1) no clear groundpressure exerts at face, 2) the resultantpoint of top coal weight moves forwards,resulting in an unreasonable working con-dition as the tensile stress appears in rarelegs of support. Protecting the supportfront from caving is the important techni-cal measure for top coal caving in'three-soft'seam. So It is suggested tostrengthen the connecting pins linking upthe rare leg with the gob shield of the sup-port type ZFS300 used in top coal caving.Or otherwise, the rare legs may be designedto be double action legs, so as to work incompression state under the periodicalweighting, while they are adjusted to workin tensile state under general conditions.Consequently, the supporting capacity isfurther improved, which will be favorablefor controlling the fall-in of rock frag-ments from roof and coal wall through thesupport front.
