如何激发学生的体育兴趣和培养其良好的体育习惯，是学校体育教学改革的重要课题之一。在高中阶段实行专项选修的教学组织形式，改变了过去的简单反复的教学模式。本文通过文献资料法、观察法、问卷调查和访谈法等，分析上海南汇县部分高中体育课实行专项选修的形式的教学组织形式，并提出改革建议．
It is one of important topics of school physical education reform to stir up students, interest in studying P.E.and cultivate a good habit of sports .During the senior high school, carrying out a new teaching organizing form of a special option has changed the past simple repeated teaching mode. By using methods of documentation, observing, questionnaire and visiting etc, the author of this article puts forward to his own ideas and suggestions to the teaching mode of a special option carried out in some senior high school in Nanhui county of Shanghai.
