摘要
中成药的染菌量控制是中药生产的重要内容。本文对新复方大青叶片干膏生产工艺的各环节进行了分析,找出了干膏染菌量超标的影响因素。在此基础上对生产工艺进行了改进。实践证明,新的生产工艺能够确保大青叶干膏达到菌检标准。
The amount of bacteria in medicine must be controlled within a specified quantit y in medicine industry.In this paper, the production process was inve stigated to find factors which were related with bacteria control.Based on the i ntensive analysis, an improved process was presented to reduce the bacteria amou nt in the Folium Isatidis extract.
