摘要
领导理论的发展在半个多世纪来取得了巨大的成就.但仍然在领导者的选拔中未能取得一致的结论。对领导理论 发展的各阶段评述,可得出领导理论的发展应将素质和情景进行匹配研究,最终得到基于情景的完整的领导理论。
Though a series of great theories have been developed, scholars have not come to a unanimous conclusion in selection of leaders. This thesis studied and comment on the main theories of leadership, then indicated the importance to match leaders' traits with the situations, so as to develop an integrity context-based leadership theory.
