摘要
虽然管理层收购受到人们的日益关注,但人们对管理层收购仍然存在一些模糊甚至错误的认识。本文对MBI的含义及管理层收购的内涵、性质、作用等问题进行了必要的阐释。
Although people have paid more attention to MBO, we still have some fuzzy even false understanding. The author elaborates some concepts, such as the meaning of MBI, the connotation of MBO, the property of MBO, and the role of MBO.
