摘要
中电国华神木发电股份有限公司两台锅炉所配置的四台排粉机为沈阳鼓风机厂生产的型号为M6—31No20.5D煤粉通风机,从投产以来该风机耗能大、运行效率低。公司在2004年4月份1号机组B级检修时对所配两台排粉机实施了叶片切割改造,并且决定在9月份2号机组C级检修期间对所另外两台排粉机也实施叶片切割改造。风机节能改造方法有几种,但采用切割叶轮改造投资少,费用低,收效快;而且从切割工艺观点看,径向直叶片的排粉机叶轮切割工艺最简单,而后机翼叶片的风机叶轮在切割加工中要求相对较高、难度偏大,如果切割不当,会引起风机振动等问题。
Four Mill Exhauaters with types of M6—31 No20 5D for the two boilers in Zhonghua Shenmu Power Co. Ltd made by Shenyang Blowing Machine have the characters of high energy use and low efficient from the operating statistics. During the repairing period in April 2004. the blade of the two exhausters for No. 1 of B group turboset has been improved and decided to improve the other two exhausters for No. turboset in Sptember during C class repairing. The improvement method for blowing machine has several kinds, the cutting blade one has the character of less cost, high efficient.
