摘要
本文以单机架可逆冷轧机的厚度自动控制系统为对象,对传统的 PI 调节器和 Fuzzy控制器分别进行了理论分析和仿真研究。文中讨论了在 Fuzzy 控制器中对误差信号的“Fuzzy值”进行积分来减小稳态误差的问题,提出了 Fuzzy 积分控制中参数自调整的方法以兼顾动、静态特性,并给出了仿真结果。
This paper deals with the AGC System of cold rolling mill. Aiming at the AGC System of fuzzy control. it gives theoretical analyses and computer imitation. The method is presented to reduce static errors by inducting integrals of errors' 'Fuzzy Value'. And further, this paper puts forward a mthod of parameter self-tuning in integral fuzzy controller in order to consider demands of both dynamic and static performance. Imitation reveals that this integral fuzzy controller with parameter self-tuning is superior .to PI controller, common fuzzy controller and other integral fuzzy controllers.
