摘要 富气输送工艺不要求在矿场提取天然气凝析液成分 ,可以简化油田、凝析气田的气体处理工艺 ,节省天然气凝析液的储运费用。富气输送可采取传统压力下单相输送、高压密相输送、两相输送等 3种基本方式。对富气处理、各种富气输送方式的技术特点进行了讨论和比较 ,指出选择富气输送方式要考虑管道长度、输气量、富气组成 (气体处理工艺 )、边界压力限制等关键参数。与油气长距离混输方案相比 ,只要经过脱硫、脱水处理 ,富气的长距离输送是较稳妥的技术方案。 For rich gas transportation scheme, extraction of NGL from the natural gas is not required in the oil field or gas condensate field, so the gas treatment processes in the field is simplified and the expense for the storage and transportation of NGL is saved. Rich gas can be transported in single phase at conventional pressure, in dense phase, or in two-phase. Herein, the technique of rich gas treatment is discussed and the technical characteristics of various rich gas transportation modes are compared. It is indicated that, to select rich gas transportation modes, the significant factors should be considered, such as pipeline length, pipeline throughput, composition of rich gas (gas processing technique), and limitation of pipeline pressure at the inlet and outlet. Compared with long distance oil and gas mixing transportation, long distance rich gas transportation could be reliable technical scheme, provided that rich gas is desulfurized and dehydrated.
