知识经济、网络经济时代的来临,经济全球化的进一步发展,市场需求的变化,使企业经营的外部环境出现了新的变化。企业组织结构只有适应日益复杂的外部环境变化,才能实现企业经营目标。扁平化、网络化、虚拟化、柔性化、工作团队成为现代企业组织结构变革的基本趋势。
The come of knowledge economy and the network economy, the further development of globalization and the change of market demand lead to the new change that appears in the external circumstance of enterprise sale. Only the enterprise's organizational framework adapts to complex external circumstance change with every passing day can the enterprise realize its sale purpose. Flat style, factitious style, soft style and working team have become the fundamental trend for the change of the modern enterprise's organizational framework.
