摘要
目的 动态观察输注血浆对早产儿血糖浓度的影响。方法 用美国强生公司生产的稳步型血糖仪动态监测 12例需血浆输注的早产儿血浆输入前、血浆输入 10min、2 0min、30min、1h、2h 6个时间段血糖的动态变化。用稳步型血糖仪与CL 80 0 0全自动生化分析仪同时检测 5 0份标本作对照。结果 12例早产儿血溏水平均发生下降 ,差异有非常显著性 (t =9.186 ,P <0 .0 1)。稳步型血糖仪与CL 80 0 0全自动生化分析仪对照检测结果差异无显著性 (t=1.938,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 血浆输注可引起早产儿血糖水平下降 ,主要与糖的供应突然中断、血浆稀释作用有关。
Objective Dynamical survey of the influence of plasma infusion on the blood glucose concentraction of premature. Methods Blood glucose was determined in 12 prematures before plasma infusion and 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 1h, 2h after plasma infusion. Comparative determination of 50 samples using SURESTEP TM blood glucosemeter and CL-8000 clinical chemistry analyzer. Results The blood glucose levels of premature after plasma infusion decreased averagely(t=9.186, P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the results of SURESTEP TM blood glucosemeter and CL-8000 clinical chemistry analyzer(t=1.938, P>0.05). Conclusions Plasma infusion may decrease the blood glucose level of premature.
