楔横轧空心件加工界限理论分析

摘要 推导了楔横轧工艺成形空心阶梯轴类件时压扁失稳条件 ,结合楔横轧空心件旋转条件和轧件表面缺陷形成条件制定了楔横轧空心阶梯轴类件的加工界限图 ,并将研究结果应用于拖拉机转向调节器楔横轧成形工艺中 ,取得了较好的效果。 The characteristics of cross wedge rolling were described. The theory of extreme value and the concept of plastic hinge were combined and adopted to analyze the influences of deformation force and various technological parameters on cross rolling of hollow parts. The oblate stable condition was calculated for cross wedge rolling of hollow parts. The processing limit chart was obtained for cross wedge rolling of hollow parts by means of combining its revolution and surface quality conditions. The results were used in a cross wedge rolling process of an adjusting screw tube in a tractor steering system and the process proved feasible.
