摘要
目的 :研究γ干扰素对宫颈癌治疗性脂肽疫苗的抗肿瘤作用的影响 ,并对其作用机制进行探讨。方法 :采用细胞毒性试验观察不同剂量γ干扰素对宫颈癌治疗性脂肽疫苗的抗肿瘤作用的影响 ,采用流式细胞术检测宫颈癌细胞HLA -A2分子和CD54的表达。结果 :γ干扰素可剂量依赖性地增强宫颈癌治疗性脂肽疫苗的抗肿瘤作用 ;同时也增加了宫颈癌细胞HLA -A2及CD54分子的表达。结论 :γ干扰素可增强宫颈癌治疗性脂肽疫苗的抗肿瘤作用 ,其作用机制与其上调宫颈癌细胞表面HLA -A2分子和CD54分子表达有关。
Objective:To study the antitumor effect of the therapeutic lipopeptide vaccine against cervical cancer by interferon-γ in vitro,and to investigate the mechanism.Methods:The antitumor effect of the therapeutic lipopeptide vaccine against cervical cancer by interferon-γ at the different concentration was investigated by cytotoxic test.The expression of HLA-A2 and CD54 on the tumor cell was detected by flow cytometry.Results:Interferon-γ enhanced the antitumor effect of the therapeutic lipopeptide vaccine against cervical cancer. And it also enhanced the expression of HLA-A2 and CD54. Conclusion:Interferon-γ could enhance the antitumor effect of the therapeutic lipopeptide vaccine against cervical cancer,the mechanism of which was associated to the enhanced expression of HLA-A2 and CD54 on the tumor cell.
