摘要
本文从建设社会主义精神文明的高度,分析了高校图书馆员在职业道德方面存在的问题及原因,提出了加强高校图书馆员职业道德建设的对策。
The article analyses the problems concerning the professional ethics of university librarians and its sources from the high plane of the building social culture and ideology. The article also gives some suggestions on the strengthening of the professional ethics of university librarians.
