摘要
中厚板轧制节奏控制就是在满足工艺要求的前提下确定合理的钢坯出炉间隔。为提高轧机的利用率,实现在线每块钢坯的最佳出炉时刻,在详细了解首钢中板厂全自动轧钢控制系统及生产工艺的基础上,对节奏控制中的出炉时刻预计算进行了分析,提出了一种可以获得最优解的数学方法:先用回溯法确定不同钢坯的不同轧制阶段之间最优排序,再利用优先约束图将排序关系和约束条件映射为线性规划模型,最后得到每块钢坯的最优出炉时刻。仿真结果表明该方法有较高的运算效率和精度,能够满足现场控制需要。
The goal of plate mill pace control is to raise productivity by determining the contiguous slab's out-stove time interval. Mill pace control is the main function of the mill complete automation control system. Precalculation is used to calculate the out-stove time of every slab on line. The pace control pre-calculation method of Medium Plate Plant of Shou Gang Iron Steel Group is analyzed. A pre-calculation method for plate mill pace control is presented which combining backtracking method with linear programming. Optimal schedule and out furnace time can be worked out. The efficiency and precision of the method is high and can meet the controlling need.
