摘要
科学执政、民主执政、依法执政是党的领导方式和执政方式。加强党的执政能力建设的目标之一就是要使党成为科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的执政党。要实现这些目标,必须深入、全面地认识和理解科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的共性、特殊性及其相互之间的联系。
Controlling political power scientifically, democratically and according to law is the leading and ruling way of the Party. One of the goals of strengthening the building of the Party’s ability to rule the state is that the Party must be one in power scientifically, democratically and according to law. For this goal, its particularity, its generality and the relationship between each other first have to be deeply and comprehensively understood.
