摘要
介绍了数字全息干涉法的原理。利用该方法对悬臂梁铝板的位移场进行了测量,结果与理论相吻合。将小波去噪方法用于图像预处理,减少了激光散斑噪声的影响,提高了测试精度。
The principle of the interference technique of digital holography was presented, the displacement of aluminium cantilever was obtained with the new method. The result was agreed with expected value. The noise emerged in digital holography when laser was used as light source because of its speckle effect. The wavelet denoising method was applied to the interference phase wrapping in order to obtain better precision in course of phase unwrapping.
