摘要
在期刊编辑过程中,做好论文的主题标引工作,有助于这些文献发表后,能较快和准确的纳入图书、情报部门的文献检索系统,使其在更大范围内发挥作用。同时,也是期刊编排规范化的需要。论文标引是在对论文进行主题分析的基础上,选出和标识能概括全文中心内容的主题词(叙词)。标引的深度必须适当,选词选用正式主题词,若遇到非正式主题词要加以转换。如果有的重要概念是缩略语,应采用相应的上位主题词标引。所选用的标引词,应以《汉语主题词表》和各学科所编专业主题词表为依据。对于文章中无文字表达的重要隐含概念,必须用相应主题词加以标识,以免检索中造成漏检。
An appropriate heading of papers in editing periodicals will help fast and correct enter of the papers into the document retrieving systems of the book and information departments and thus make them play role in a wider coverage. It is also a request by the standarized compilation of the periodica- ls. Heading hereby is referred to the record of paper's main content with a set of principal words through analysis of the paper's subject. Formal principal words should be identified in such heading, and when informal principal words are encountered, they must be converted into formal ones. If some important concepts are abbreviated, they must be headed with appropriate words. The principal words to be headed should be selected from among the formal 'Statement Principal Words in Chinese Characters' and the corresponding disciplinary' Statement of Principal Words'. The significant non-wordin contents in the papers should be also headed with appropriate words in order to avoid missing of such contents in the retrieval systems.
