摘要
为满足低碳紧固件用钢的冶金质量要求 ,通过采用洁净化的生产工艺技术 ,钢中的硫、磷、夹杂物含量和形态均得到了有效控制 ,钢的洁净度明显提高 ,较好地满足了专业紧固件用材的需要。
In order to meet the metallurgical quality requirement of low carbon steel for fasteners, the content of sulfur and phosphorus, the content and morph ology of inclusions in the steel can be effectively controlled by means of purif ication process and purity of steel is enhanced considerably, thus meeting to th e demand of steel for special fasteners.
