摘要
结合化学胶结法与桥接法的优点,以聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、氟硼酸及添加剂T1和T2为原料,研制了一种吸附膜型阳离子抑砂剂。讨论了各因素对该抑砂剂抑砂性能的影响。确定了抑砂剂中HPAM相对分子质量为(5-8)×106,水解度为5%-15%,HPAM用量为0.4%-1.0%,氟硼酸用量为0.2%-0.4%。结果表明,该吸附膜型阳离子抑砂剂较DYS-1抑砂剂抑砂能力强,对地层伤害弱。
Integrating the advantages of chemical cementation method and bridge method, a positive ion sand control agent forming adsorbed film was developed with polyacrylamide ( HPAM) , fluoboric acid and additives T1 and T2 as materials. The affecting factors on the agent were discussed. In the agent, molecular weight of HPAM was (5-8)×106,hydrolysis degree of HPAM was 5% - 15% , amount of HPAM and fluoboric acid was 0.4% - 1.0% and 0.2% - 0.4 % respectively. The result showed that the sand control agent was more efficient than sand control a-gent DYS - 1 and was less harmful to stratum.
