摘要
为解决日益严重的大气污染,重庆市主城区实施了清洁能源行动之煤改气工程。煤改气工程主要改造10t·h-1及以下的燃煤锅炉,在2001年底完成,并取得了显著成效。主要从运行性能、成本分析和运行费用出发,对煤改气的运行效果进行了研宄。并且以渝港钛白责任有限公司的锅炉改造为例,从性能、经济效益和环境效益三方面进行分析,从而得出燃气锅炉与改造前相比,虽然不够经济,但运行效果良好,能带来环境效益的结论。
In order to solve the increasingly serious problem of atmospheric pollution, the project of retrofitting coal-fired boilers into natural-gas-fired has been put into practice, which is one of the clean energy actions for the main districts of Chongqing City. This project was carried out mainly for coal-fired boilers with capacities up to 10 t·h-1 and has been finished by the end of the year 2001 with a marked effect. In this paper, a discussion on operating effects of retrofltting coal-fired boilers into natural-gas-fired was conducted in connection with the improvement of performance, investment cost, and operating costs. A typical case analysis of boiler retrofit for Yugang Taibai Co. Ltd. showed that the performance of the boiler has been improved by retrofitting it into a natural-gas-fired one and, although not economic enough, the retrofit is beneficial to the environment.
