三种根尖倒充填材料对人牙周膜成纤维细胞毒性的实验研究

摘要 目的观察三种根尖倒充填材料对人牙周膜成纤维细胞(HumanPeriodontalLigamentCell,HPDLC)的增殖影响,从而指导材料的选择。方法用MTT(噻唑蓝)比色法。结果单因素方差分析比较组间差异为P<0.01,有显著的统计学意义,认为这三种材料对HPDLC的增殖均有抑制作用,随时间的延长抑制作用没有明显变化。结论本实验的三种根尖倒充填材料对HPDLC均有毒性作用,其中银汞合金和复合树脂毒性较强,而化学固化玻璃离子水门汀最弱。 Objective To observe the effects of three root-end filling materials on the proliferation of HPDLC (Human Periodontal Ligament Cell), and guide how to choose the root-end filling materials. Methods By using tetrazolium bromide reduction (MTT) assay on human primary PDLC. Results A one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) was used to detennine significant differences (P<0.01) between the group. These three root-end filling materials can inhibit the proliferation of HPDLC,and there was no significant difference between 5day and 7day. Conclusion From this experiment, the three root-end filling materials are cytotoxic to human primary PDLC, among them amalgam and LCR are stronger than GIC.
