摘要
农村土地所有权制度是农村土地制度的核心。农村土地所有权制度变迁 ,既要考虑变迁收益是否大于变迁成本 ,又要考虑各经济当事人的反应和接受程度以及是否能促进社会公平、维护社会稳定 ,同时还要考虑制度变迁的路径依赖和当时国民经济所处的客观环境。当前 ,坚持农地集体所有制是我国农村社会的理性选择。
rural land ownership system is the core of rural land system.when changing it, we should consider both cost and income, the reaction of the people in question and the stability of the society.meanwhile the approaches and objective situation should both be taken into account. The paper insists that carrying on rurul land ownership system is a sensible choice in china today.
