摘要
中小企业是我国经济高速发展的一支重要力量,它在技术创新方面有独特的优势。但是,资金、人 才、技术、信息的缺乏,导致其技术创新能力不强。因此,中小企业应根据所处行业、技术水平、生产规模以及发展 环境来确定技术创新的内容和方式。
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) have played an important role in the rapid development of economy in China and have special superiority in technical innovation. However, the deficiency of SME in financing, human resource, technology and information has been weakening their innovation capability. Therefore, it is realistic and necessary that SME should decide on the contents and modes of innovation according to their industries, their levels of technology, their production scales and their development environments.
