摘要
(行动中的 )法律在整合社会过程中遭遇了社会现实中的种种因素 ,分析其中的社会结构和法律的有效性两个因素 ,结合市民社会理论 ,解决法律社会化过程中所面对的部分问题。
Law (in action) is challenged by many real factors of the society when it integrates the society. The attribute of its norm diminishes continuously and law becomes non-objective, non-neutral and unstable. The reasons for that are complicated. With the theory of townspeople society, this article analyses two of them, social structure and validity of law, in order to solve some problems in the process of law socialization.
