摘要
期刊是反映一个国家学术创新水平的窗口 ,然而期刊的规范化管理、法制化管理却远远跟不上期刊迅猛发展的新形势 ,期刊侵权行为屡见不鲜 ,亟待法律法规的调整。揭示和分析我国目前期刊论文侵权行为存在的种种现象 ,从而合理科学地界定期刊这一文字作品及其作者署名的概念。
Periodical is the window of reflecting a nation's academic and creation level. However, the normalization and legitimization management of periodical is far behind the new situation of its fast development. Periodical legal tort can be found anywhere, the adjustion of law and legislution is in great need. Thus, we can define periodical and its writer's subscribtion realisticly and scientificly by disclosing and analying all kinds of performanle of periodical legal tort in our country.
