摘要
建设学校文化,必须坚持以人为本,坚持以学生为主体,用尊重人,理解人,关心人的原则建立价值观体系,应当动员全体师生参与学校文化建设,加强引导,形成学校的特色文化。
Adhering to people-oriented principle and making students the main part is necessary to build the school culture. The views on values should be set up on the basic of respecting people, understanding and concerning people. All teachers and students should be mobilized to participate in the construction of school culture. The guidance must be reinforced so that the characteristic culture of the school can be formed.
