摘要
邓小平同志第一次从建设中国特色社会主义的战略高度,从对社会主义本质要求和客观规律的正确认识和科学把握上,确立了社会主义民主法治的战略地位。通过对邓小平法治思想体系核心层、主体层、基础层的内涵及其相互关系的分析,做出了邓小平同志是开辟了中国通向法治化道路的第一人的科学结论。
Comrade Deng Xiao-ping first establish the strategic status of socialistic democracy and law from the strategic height of building socialism of Chinese characteristics,from the essential needs of socialism and the correct recognition and hold of objective laws.This article analyzes the connotation and the relationship of the core layer,the body layer and the basis layer of Deng Xiao-ping's Law idea system.Finally it comes to a Conclusion that comrade Deng Xiao-ping is the first man who open up the road of legal system in China.
