摘要
报告试图概述作为中国经济走向成熟主要标志的增长特征和体制变革特征,分析在成熟经济条件下中国经济的进一步发展所面临的主要机会与重大挑战,并相应提出90年代经济发展基本政策和体制改革基本战略的要点。
The report gives sketch map of China's economic growth features and the characteristics of economic restructuring as they are the major features of the economy becoming mature. It also analyses the principal opportunities and major challeges facedby China in the course of further economic development. Accordingly it suggests theessentials of basic policies in economic development and the basic strategy of reform ineconomic restructuring in l990s.
