摘要
按照出租汽车经营权投放制度,将城市客运出租汽车分为无偿审批和有偿使用两大类,分析了两种体制的利弊,重点研究了出租汽车经营权有偿使用体制下的三种城市客运出租汽车经营管理发展模式,详细分析了它们的利弊和适应性,并提出了合理的发展建议。
With the economic development andthe improving of peoples living standards, taxihas become one of the most important trafficmodes in passenger transport of city. Passengertaxi is divided into two different kinds, unpaidexamine and approve and compensatory using,according to using ways of operation power.Three kinds of operation and managementmodes in institution of compensatory using werestudied in the paper. And their advantages anddisadvantages were expatiated. Some reasonableadvice was brought forward in the paper.
