摘要
某高层住宅楼基础施工中 ,发现土洞、岩溶发育。经查实 ,原施工挖孔桩基大部分未落到可靠的持力层上。采取钻孔充填灌浆处理土洞、次高压劈裂灌浆加固软弱接触带、高浓度水泥浆或水泥 -水玻璃速凝浆处理灰岩表面的溶沟、溶槽和浅层溶洞后 ,经地面压板载荷试验和深部标贯试验检测 ,该地基达到了设计规定的要求 ,取得了较好的经济效益。
Some caves in soil and karst have been found in residence mansions foundation construction.According to prospecting.We have confirmed that most of artificial pile foundations have not been arranged at reliable bearing layer,some measures have been used to dispose the ground ,for example, to grout the caves in soil by drilling ,to grout the weak contact belt and reinforcing it by sub-high pressure cleavaging it,to fill the karst ditches,trenches and caves by grouting high density cement or cement-soluble glass coagulum.According to surface plate loading test and deep SPT,we have confirmed that bearing capacity of ground can meet foundation requirement and better economical efficiency are obtained.
