摘要
在市场经济条件下,企业的信息运用能力既是领导决策能力的体现,又是影响决策的关键因素。要提高企业的信息运用能力,必须深刻认识信息运用能力的重要性,在企业建立可靠的信息系统,搭建信息共享平台。同时要重视信息人才的培养并充分利用"外脑"的作用。
In the market economy, enterprises' ability in applying information manifests leaders' ability in making-decision, and it is also a key factor of affecting making-decision. To improve the ability in applying information, enterprises should understand its importance, build a reliable information system and a platform of sharing information . They should lay stress on training manpower in IT and utilize talents outside the company.
