正丁烷在改性(VO)_2P_2O_7催化剂上氧化制顺酐的研究

摘要 在有机溶剂中制备了(VO)_2P_2Or,往其中添加各种助催化剂制备了一系列改性V-P-O催化剂,运用BET、XRD、NARP、TPD等进行了表征,并与正丁烷选择氧化反应加以关联。结果表明,各种助催化剂的加入诱发晶体失序与缺陷,从而增加了比表面积和表面V=0物种,进而促进了正丁烷氧化制顺酐的活性与选择性。研究了结构改变与性能改进之间的关系,并探讨了氧化反应活性中心和反应机理。 A series of modified V-P-O catalysts were prepared by adding various promoters to (VO)_2P_2O_7, which was prapared in an organic solvent, and were characterized by BET, XRD, NARP and correlated with selective oxidation reaction of n-butane. The results showed that the addition of various promoters induced the defects and disorders of crystal, caused increasing of BET surface area and surface V=0 species, and improved the activity and selectivity of n-butane oxidation to maleic anhydride. The relationship between the changes of structure and catalytic performance have been investlgated, the active centre and reaction mechanism have also been discussed.
