摘要
没有统一的学校管理模式 ,只有根据办学规模、地域特点和信息公开程度等来选择最有效率的学校治理结构。从产权角度出发可以将民办学校分为简单治理、复杂治理和公司化治理三种类型。在董事会制度建设上 ,应当全面认识到其在公益性实现方式、政府管理职能、资源分配、学校民主管理。
No uniform mode of school management, according to the scope of school,the trait of region and the degree of publicity of information we can select the school structure of governance with best efficiency. At the point of property right , non government schools have three types,namely simple governance , complex governance and corporation governance. Board of directors playits role in commonweal implement manner, function of government management, resource distribution, school democracy management and school master specialization.
