摘要
目的 探讨采用硬腭颊部联合径路切除侵犯翼腭窝鼻咽纤维血管瘤。方法 总结 1990年～ 2 0 0 1年收治并经手术和病理证实的 6例翼腭窝侵犯的鼻咽纤维血管瘤的手术方法。结果 6例翼腭窝侵犯的鼻咽纤维血管瘤均一次完整切除。结论 硬腭颊部联合径路是治疗侵犯翼腭窝鼻咽纤维血管瘤的有效手术方法。
Objective To explore the incision of angiofibroma of nasopharynx(AN)invading pterygopalate fossa by combined palate and buccal approach.Methods To summarize the surgical methods about 6 AN cases invading pterygopalate fossa from 1990～2001.All of 6 cases were proved by pathology.Result Tumors in all of 6 AN cases were incised completely in one time.Conclusion Combined palate and buccal approach was an effective surgical method in trcamcnt of AN invading pterygopalate fossa.
