小四五颗粒对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠一氧化氮(NO)血脂变化的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究小四五颗粒 (XSW)对DN大鼠的NO、血脂的变化 ,探讨其治疗DN作用机制。方法用STZ腹腔注射法诱导大鼠DN ,治疗 12周。观察大鼠血糖、NO、血脂 (胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白 )的变化。结果 无糖无改变 ,NO含量增高 ,胆固醇、甘油三酯降低。结论 XSW对NO、血脂具有调节作用 ,改善血流动力学是XSW治疗DN的作用机制。 Objective To observe nitric oxide and serum lipid effect of Xiao-Si-Wu Granule (XSW) on renal function of streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic nephropathy rats, trying to find the correlation therapeutic mechanism of the XSW to the diabetic nephropathy. Methods Diabetic nephropathy rats induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ were treated with three dosages of XSW for 12 weeks, at the same time a group of DC rats were in control. During and after the treatment, rats in the experiment group as well as control group were observed for their blood glucose levels, nitric oxide, serum lipid. Results After XSW treatment, it seemed that XSW had no effect on the blood glucose levels, while they could increase the nitric oxide, and significantly decrease serum lipid.Conclusion Present study suggests that XSW could increase the nitric oxide and decrease serum lipid. It is perhaps the regulation of lipid is responsible for the correlation therapeutic mechanism of XSW.
