摘要
学历证书和职业资格证书并重制度,对于增强高等学校毕业生的实践、创新能力和就业、创业能力具有重要意义。文章从分析实施双证教育的背景和相关的需求入手,对在高等院校实施双证教育存在的问题进行了剖析,并就如何在高等院校顺利实施提出了对策。
The succession of vocational qualification certificate and academic certificate is very important in helping student to practice, innovate, be employed, do pioneering work, etc. The article analyses the background and need of succession of vocational qualification certificate and academic certificate, then studies the problem in succession of vocational qualification cer- tificate and academic certificate in higher education, gives some suggestions on how to implement succession of vocational quali- fication certificate and academic certificate successfully lastly.
