摘要
目的 观察糖脂康胶囊的降脂、降糖作用。方法 对 1 80例患者用糖脂康胶囊进行治疗( 0 9g/次 ,三次 /日 ,服药 4- 5周 ) ,治疗前后分别测定TC、TG、HDL -C、LDL -C和FBS、2h -BS ,评价其治疗效果。结果 糖脂康胶囊降低血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG )和低密度脂蛋白 (LDL -C)的作用非常明显 ,并能升高高密度脂蛋白 (HDL -C) ,血糖 (FBS、2h -BS)均有下降。结论 每天服用 2 7g糖脂康胶囊对治疗高脂血症有肯定的疗效 ,对糖尿病有辅助治疗作用 ,观察服药期间病人均未出现明显的副作用 ,是一种安全有效的降脂、降糖药物。
Objective To study the efficacy of Tangzhikang capsule in intreating hyperlipidemia.Methods 180 patients with hyperlipidemia received Tandzhikang capsule therapy (0.9g,po,tid,for 4-8weeks),before and after Tandzhikang capsule were adninistered the serum TC,TG.,HDL-C,LDL-C,FBS and 2 h-BS.As will as were evaluated on the therapeatic efficacy.Results Tangzhikang capsule dominantly decrease senum TC,TG and LDL-C,as well may inerease serum HDL-C,blood sugar decrease dominantly.Conclusion There is very positive curative effect on treating hyperlipidemia patients who received 2.7 g Tangzhikang capsule treatment and there is co-treatire effect on diabetes mellitus.There has been proved tangzhikang capsule has no clear side-effects and it is a safe,effective drug in treating hyperlipidemia and blood sugar.
