摘要
本文讨论了Seemann-Bohlin(S-B)法应力测定中点阵参数的分散性在Kroner模型的基础上发展了用弹性常数各向异性进行修正的理论,并用它修正了实验数据,结果表明,这种归一化修正是可行的然而与Bragg-Brentano衍射几何应力测试法相比,S-B法由于使用了低角衍射峰。
The scattered distribution of the lattice parameters in the Seemann-Bohlinmethod for stress measurement was discussed. A linear relation can be achieved by modifica-tion with the theory deduced from Kroner model. However, the Seemann-Bohlin methodcannot achieve good accuracy in comparison with the Bragg-Brentano method, particularlyfor low stress value.
