X-RAY DIFFRACTION FOR SHOWING STRAIN IN SURFACE LAYER

摘要 Ne注入的AISI304奥氏体不锈钢的X射线衍射花样,显示出0.1μm注入薄层中的两种应变:由注入Ne引起的张应变和由高压Ne泡压迫周围点阵产生的压应变。本文介绍其测量原理和技术,在X射线衍射花样上还发现注入Ne引起马氏体相变现象。 X-ray diffraction on Ne implanted AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel revealed both a tensile strain, which related to implantation itself, and a compressive strain in the underlying substrate, which can be explained by the existence of Ne bubbles at high pressure. These two strains were measured and the principle and method for measuring it were ex- plained in detail. From the strain point of view, it was used to show the martensitic transfor- mation briefly.
