摘要
从制动器的制动原理出发,分析了制动器在制动过程中制动力矩、制动功率、制动功的变化,在此基础上着重对液压制动器的制动原理进行研究,并分析了一种用于工程实际的液压调速制动器的液压系统及其工作性能,并提出了液压制动器的设计要点———液压泵排量和系统工作压力的确定方法,为设计可靠稳定的液压制动器提供了理论基础。
Upon braking principle of modern hydraulic brakes,variation of the braking torque, braking power and braking work during operation have been analysed with emphasis on braking principle of hydraulic brakes and a hydraulic system project and its operating properties of hydraulic flow control brake capable of being used in practice, hence key design factors viz. methods on how to decide pump output and system operating pressure, resulting in theoretical basis on design of reliable and stable hydraulic brakes.
